Job Summary:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
• Forecasting manpower plan, and Maintaining manpower.
• Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
• Create strong talent pipelines for our hospital’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Selection & staffing:
• Develop hospital’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
• Manage all recruitment process (Prepares and updates database with C.Vs, Open new recruitment channels, Participate in employment fairs, and conducting Interviews.
• Designing interview questions based on job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
• Assessing candidates’ information (e.g. contact details, resumes) using Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage the new joiner process from offer letter, onboarding & Contribute in HR Orientation.
• Represent ASSIH internally and externally at events like employment fairs etc.

Manpower Planning and Career Development
• Contribute to Manpower forecasting on yearly basis, or if any adjustment through the year.
• Prepare manpower Reports weekly to manage and maintain the planned one and take the necessary action if any (Replacement or Retention).
• Forecasting the hiring needs of every department of the hospital.

Administration:
• Receiving Initial personnel filing Documents.
• Finalize all approvals regarding change of status for employees (transfers, Promotion...), and Inform payroll department in case of any changes (salaries, contract type …).
• Conduct exit interviews with entry and mid-level, Receive resignations and notify the Human Resource Department.
• Finalize resignation & termination sheet for the partner departments.
• Provide manpower data for the head’s reports.
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree plus Min 2-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Health Care experience beside white and blue-collar is a must, SAP experience is highly preferred.
